Terms and Conditions

Owner. Mustafa El Achir Tata, responsible for mybabyclue.store (My Baby Clue).

Purpose. These terms govern the use of the site and the purchase of products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age (or have your guardian's authorization) and that you accept these terms.

Products and prices. We display products as accurately as possible. Prices include applicable taxes and are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices and to correct obvious errors.

Orders and payment. Payment is made through Shopify Payments (credit/debit card) and other methods available at checkout. The contract is finalized when you receive the order confirmation by email.

Shipping. Processing time of 1–2 business days and transit of 4–9 business days (estimated total of 6–11 days), with worldwide shipping. Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external causes (customs, holidays, carrier).

Warranties. Products come with the applicable legal warranty. We also offer a 90-day commercial satisfaction guarantee (see Refund Policy).

Liability. My Baby Clue sells a keepsake product for personal and decorative use. We are not responsible for improper use of the product. Always use under adult supervision when making prints with a baby or child.

Governing law. These terms are governed by Spanish law. For EU consumers, the regulations of their country of residence are respected, as well as the online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
